"This is the second home we have sold with a Berkshire-Hathaway realtor team. We started by interviewing a “top-selling” agent in our town from a different agency and also decided to interview Chris Imbarrato after reviewing his profile on the B-H website. This is not something that you get from a typical realtor. We weren’t worried about there being things wrong with our home, but it was reassuring that our realtor with home inspection experience could tell us we were in great shape. Chris was easy to talk to and we felt he took the time to understand us, discuss comps and share his expertise in finding the perfect listing price. Chris was present for the entire shooting and even took his own drone shot of our back yard. The pictures were fantastic and really show-cased our home and what we all agreed were the best-selling points. Chris also felt, as we did, that the order of the pictures in the listing was important. He had us review every piece of the listing before it was officially listed, making sure we were completely happy with it.Our home was listed on a Wednesday, with no showings until Friday. Chris was able to get us great feedback almost immediately after the house was shown. He held an Open House that Saturday, bringing a tray of cookies and some beautiful Dahlias in small vases to put on the kitchen island right next to the information for each perspective buyer about our home.In short order we had multiple offers. Chris walked us through each one, giving us his perspective and thoughts. We accepted and then closed within 6 weeks. We cannot say enough good things about the Frank and Imbarrato Team!!! The professionalism from the beginning straight through the closing was just what we were looking for!One other “extra” that we found extremely helpful was that Chris came right before we listed and again right before the closing and took two truckful’s’ of junk away for us!!!
